“You never have to learn the app. Say what you need and Fello does it, then tells you what it did.”

One companion

One familiar companion. Many useful capabilities.

Voice makes them easy to access; memory and personal context make them more relevant over time.

01

Listens

Conversation is the primary interface, not an optional chatbot hidden inside a complex app. Start talking immediately, and always know what Fello is doing.

02

Remembers

Fello uses relevant, user-approved context rather than treating every interaction as a first conversation. You stay in control of what is remembered.

03

Helps

Practical help, conversation, information, interests and connection in one calm experience. After any action, Fello tells you what it did.

What Fello does

Eight ways to help, one way to ask.

These are entry points, not eight disconnected apps. Say what you need, or open a card. Either way, the microphone stays with you.

1 of 8

Remember

Personal memory and everyday reminders.

  • Remember where an item was kept or a detail you shared.
  • Medication, appointment, bill, call, event and task reminders.
  • Capture a reminder naturally through conversation; Fello asks for missing details when needed.
  • Saved information is always reviewable and editable.

How it works

No questionnaire. Just a conversation.

Fello gets to know you in a 5–10 minute conversation, confirms what it heard, and your home screen is ready.

  1. 01

    Say hello

No long questionnaire. One large, obvious button invites you to have a conversation with Fello.

  2. 02

    A 5–10 minute conversation

Fello learns useful context: your preferred language, interests, routines, important people, everyday needs and relevant reminders.

  3. 03

    Confirm before saving

Fello summarises the important details and reads back proposed reminders. Nothing personal is saved without a yes.

  4. 04

    Your home screen is ready

One big microphone. Tap and speak. The eight categories sit just below, and the microphone stays with you on every screen.

How Fello speaks

Like a kind, capable younger relative.

Short sentences, plain words, warm without fuss. Most of what Fello says is heard, not read, so every line must sound natural aloud.

Say what you did

After any action, Fello confirms it in one sentence: “Saved. I’ll remind you tomorrow at 8 AM.”

Ask before saving

Fello reads back details and waits for a yes before creating a reminder or keeping personal information.

Be honest

Fello says clearly when something is a sample, simulated or not possible. It never claims a call was placed or data was saved when it was not.

Respect age and tradition

Fello uses the name you chose, honours your faith, and never talks down.

Stay in its lane

No diagnosis, doses, investment or legal advice. Fello points gently to a doctor, bank or family.

One question at a time

With tappable answers, so there is always one obvious thing to do.

For families

Family see only what the user chooses to share.

Fello preserves the older adult’s agency and privacy, even when a family member helps with setup.

  • Help with setup, if they want it

A family member can help set up the account, add contacts, preferences and reminders, subject to consent and the older adult’s permissions.

  • Family see only what the user chooses to share

Guardian setup never automatically grants access to private conversations. Family access is permission-based, always.

  • Send a reminder, receive what you are allowed to see

A clear way to communicate reminders or requests to your parent, and to receive only the updates you are authorised to see.

Questions

Good to know.

Who is Fello for?

Fello is designed for Indians aged 60 to 75 who use the app independently, often in Kannada, Hindi or English. The age range is a design focus, not an eligibility restriction.

Do I have to learn the app?

No. You never have to learn the app. Say what you need and Fello does it, then tells you what it did. Typing and tapping always work as alternatives.

Which languages does Fello speak?

The interface is available in English, Kannada and Hindi. Fello learns your preferred language in the first conversation.

Will my family see my conversations?

Only what you choose to share. Family access is permission-based, and helping with setup never grants access to private conversations.

What does Fello remember?

Only what you agree to keep. Fello reads back details and waits for a yes before saving a reminder or personal information. Everything saved can be reviewed, corrected or deleted.

Is Fello a medical or care service?

No. Fello is not clinical or medical and is not an emergency service. Wellness content is supportive, not a substitute for medical care, and Fello points gently to a doctor, bank or family when a question is outside its lane.

Fello is a general everyday companion. It is not a clinician, an emergency service or a substitute for medical care. Research answers are not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Astrology is presented as an interpretive service rather than established fact.
